Microalgae culture

Microalgae cultures for bioassays should remain under controlled conditions, such as:

- Sterile conditions

- Controlled air inlet

- Light darkness

- Temperature

- Nutrient medium

- Oxygen

For maintenance you will need some elements, such as:

- Sturdy glass bottles to sterilize them, cotton and aluminum stoppers, sterilizer or autoclave, lamps, isolated place, pipettes and sterile tips, flame lighter, etc.
